Unbelievably poor customer service Two different days I scheduled appointments for an alignment. Both times, I took off work for these appointments and both times they did not have a te Two different days I scheduled appointments for an alignment. Both times, I took off work for these appointments and both times they did not have a technician available to do the alignment. They then proceeded to give me the run around both times. I was sent from one dealership service department to another to see if they had somebody available to do my alignment. After the first visit, one Service Advisor told me to contact him directly to set up another appointment, which I did, but my experience was exactly the same as the first time. Extremely frustrated after the second time, I finally left and went somewhere else. I left feeling like I would get absolutely nowhere, and would probably continue to get the runaround, even if I tried to speak with a manager. I will never understand why, when they know they have an appointment scheduled for a particular service, they either make sure they have a technician available or call the customer and let them know they will be unable to perform the service. I will never use Waxahachie Autoplex for any type of service again. More

I must retract my statement I made towards Waxahachie Auto Plex. They have corrected all the problems and made me a happy man again. New Nav System and a complete detail on my truck. They have done what was needed to keep a lifetime customer. Went in for an oil change and my truck came back with oil finger prints all over the outside fenders and inside the driver doors and steering wheel. Service said they would detail my truck to make it correct and 2 days later it was still not done. I picked it up and something was smeared all over the wood grain dash. Before driving it home and note the service dept was closed and my truck left outside, I had a salesperson come over and look at my nav system screen. It was completly scratched and he spit on a kleenex and wiped it off and said it was good. After his spit dried the scatches came back. I can't even keep my temper from exploding. Who is going to pay for a new nav system? More
