My recent experience with the service department at the Waxahachie Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram was quite disappointing and exposed some serious concerns about honesty and integrity. My 2025 Jeep Grand Cheroke Waxahachie Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram was quite disappointing and exposed some serious concerns about honesty and integrity. My 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee was brought in for three warranty issues, but with the warranty expiring in just under 8K miles it seems like they were more interested in letting it expire rather than expiring the concerns now. This kind of approach feels highly dishonest and suggests clear intention to avoid honoring the warranty. On top of that the service department appears to be filled with incompetent people. The service advisor Martin, whose role is to act as the liaison between the customer and the technician – keeping the customer informed and ensuring a smooth process- failed miserably in that regard. Not only was he not proactively providing updates but was non-responsive or overlay vague when updates were provided after repeatedly reaching out. There is also a young woman, who seems to also sever as an advisor sitting right next to Martin who demonstrated an inability to properly read or interpret the service paperwork. She provided inaccurate information about what issues had been addressed, which caused unnecessary mental stress. The technician, who duplicated an A/C issue was later allegedly mistaken- resulting in failure to address the issue. He also failed to properly close the dash after working on the vehicle, further highlighting the lack of competency and professionalism. Adding to the concerns were the salesmen who intentionally inserted themselves into the situation attempting to “get me out of” the “2025 vehicle still under warranty” they pretended to offer assistance to find leadership for me to speak to, but never followed through and then alleged that leadership just didn’t take the time to come speak to me. Its’ clear that the entire operation seems to be more focused on protecting their own interest rather than genuinely helping a customer. This entire experience has been truly disheartening, especially considering my long-standing loyalty to the Jeep brand. I’ve been a proud jeep owner since 2007, having owned four different models over the years, I have always championed the brand. However, in this instance, I encountered three individuals within one dealership who demonstrated clear incompetence and regard for the customer along with salespeople whose dishonesty was painfully evident. It’s incredibly disappointing to be met with such unprofessionalism and lack of integrity from a brand I once trusted deeply. I sincerely hope the dealership takes this as a teaching opportunity because this experience does not reflect the values of the Jeep community I’ve known and loved for years. More

Bought a Ram 1500, Bradley Smith was very helpful . He took us through the truck,explained everything and the buy process was very straightforward. Walked in a bit early for my appointment with Hernan Diaz but was welcomed very politely. He wasn’t overbearing with the sale and explained everything thoroughly.
