I inquired on line, Lesley Medina called me back and set appointment. I arrived she had vehicle out front, a short test drive and about an hour later I was driving my new vehicle home. I have had my truck in several times. I have a rattle in the door they can’t stop. I’ve been told it’s the 4 wheel drive, loose material in the door and the last time the door regulator. I have a rattle in the door they can’t stop. I’ve been told it’s the 4 wheel drive, loose material in the door and the last time the door regulator. They replace the regulator and put foam in the door to secure the loose material I still have the rattle. I have also complained about the seat detection for seat belts and occupants. It will show that someone is in a seat when no one is there, it will also fail to detect an occupant when one is sitting in the seat. So if involved in an accident and I have someone in the passenger seat and it is not detecting that the seat is occupied. Will the airbags deploy protecting that person? I was told that the software upgrade would solve the issue it did not! I also paid for the maintenance program for several vehicles. I bring them in for service after receiving messages form ford that service is due. They tell me that I dot not have enough miles on it for service. I’m told the amount of time has to be at least 1 year? The sticker on the windshield gives a mileage and a date for service which ever comes first is my understanding. So I have taken my vehicles to ford and I’m told they will not do the service on them Very frustrating paying for a service I’m not receiving More
Brought my vehicle in for a recall item. They ended up recommending repairs that were not needed (one I had personally done just 2 weeks prior). When confronted they admitted they didn't check anything they just recommended a bunch of items based on the vehicle mileage. Very poor service & personnel is not trustworthy. I would never bring a vehicle here again. More

BE CAREFUL if you’re buying from Waxahchie Ford. My husband and I found two used expeditions online listed at around 41 to 43K. Went in here yesterday to check out the one with less miles for 43K. It had a ton wrong with it cosmetically on the interior, like giant scratch marks from a dog on the inside of the trunk door, a cracked mirror, etc.. They ran my husband‘s credit. Everything was good to go. We were going to trade in our Nissan, which we knew we would be adding some of that to our new loan since we still owed on it. When all the paperwork was set and done with what they were offering, the price had jumped from 43K to 48K and they had us with a walkout price of 58K for a used vehicle that has 54,000 miles on it and its own set of cosmetic issues. The sales guy said the finance guy wanted to meet with us to discuss the changes so we walked over there, sat down and we were then told he was too busy to meet with us. Ridiculous. Please make sure you’re checking the online price and the paperwork if you choose to risk it here. More
