My experience with Justin Bowers was extremely disappointing. When I purchased my truck from him, he was friendly and attentive. He promised he would “hook me up” with some merchandise as part of disappointing. When I purchased my truck from him, he was friendly and attentive. He promised he would “hook me up” with some merchandise as part of the purchase. However, when I later followed up regarding that merchandise, his attitude completely changed. He became rude, disrespectful, sarcastic, and highly unprofessional. Instead of addressing my question in a respectful manner, he responded in a way that felt dismissive and inappropriate. As a long-time customer, I found his behavior unacceptable and very upsetting. His conduct did not reflect good customer service or professionalism. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with Justin Bowers as a salesman. I hope management addresses this situation to ensure other customers are treated with respect. More
