Crooks. The last 2 times I’ve taken my truck to there service department they have tried to charge me additional labor stating my extended warranty I bought The last 2 times I’ve taken my truck to there service department they have tried to charge me additional labor stating my extended warranty I bought from ford approved the repair but not enough labor. As soon as I tell them I’ll call warranty department they say let them try to handle it. Within a few minutes they call back and say they took care of it. This is just them trying to screw people out of additional money. Like I said it’s happened twice. Crooks. I will never do business with again More
