Jacob’s willingness to truly listen to what you have to ask and say , for me is the most important thing any advisor can do for you. This goes for other advisors and employees here at this location. Everything was done in a timely manner. I did have to return another day to get a part installed on my vehicle and once again Jacob was right there to ensure him and his team were able to square us away. Since, I’ve made this the only location I will ever come back to even while there’s another Ford Dealer 6 minutes away from my house. More
