This is the reason we went to this Waxahachie Ford dealership for my purchase. There wasn't much of a selection on the lot to compare to. I had seen Broncos around town and was very impressed with the body style. I dont like technology in the very very least. However, the only selection on the sales lot was appealing and the right color (my husband prefers white). We test drove it and decided it was the vehicle for my purposes. The sales staff was friendly and predictable. Corbin was easy work with and was very professional. The sign of these times makes anything difficult, but My husband and Corbin came to an agreement and we signed the papers. It was a good deal and the Ford Bronco is a good vehicle. I get attached to things over time, so I am feeling pretty good about this choice. More

This dealership has had my vehicle since 11/15/2022 because the car would not start in the Ford Service department. They replaced the battery that day but informed me they were working on other issues. because the car would not start in the Ford Service department. On 11/25 I was informed the other issues were because of a previous collision and the car would be moved to another department which was collision. The person in service lied and misled me on several occasions but the car was moved to collision and the person over my car there has been upfront with me. However, this dealer has had my car for 16 days and I am being told it was going to take another 2 -3 weeks. Over a month without my vehicle. This dealership is totally incompetent and not worth the time and frustration. More
