Great service from Sales to finance, Alex our rep was very knowledgeable and easy to work with as well as the Sales Manager Sam. Finance manager Josh was no far behind. We went to Scarff Ford because we were interested in getting the newer Mustang Mach E in a specific color. Robert Costales was the one to help us, and he was amazing. The process to custom order a car was super easy, and we were kept updated every step of the way. When the car came in, Robert showed us all of the features, and was super thorough, and answered all of our extra questions. When there was a hiccup with my wife’s insurance and her dead name, Robert took it in stride, which was really nice. And we got an even bigger rebate than expected which is a nice bonus! All in all, it was very useful and a very smooth transaction! One of the best dealerships and salespeople we’ve dealt with for leasing a car. More
Our 2005 Mustang wouldn't start, got towed to Way Scarff. Needed a fuel pump, pump control unit and some other things. Pump has been discontinued by Ford, they had to get aftermarket unit from NAPA, cost the Needed a fuel pump, pump control unit and some other things. Pump has been discontinued by Ford, they had to get aftermarket unit from NAPA, cost them $311. WS billed me $541 for that part, a $230 overcharge. The control unit is a Ford part, list price of $191, but can be had from Ford for $98. WS billed me $229 for the control unit, a $131 overcharge. Total bill was $3,927 which includes the total overcharges of $360. I complained to my service advisor with no satisfaction. He offered me a "free" oil change next time, nothing more. Unacceptable. I sent multiple messages to Way Scarff's general manager. No one there has bothered to call or message me back regarding these overcharges. I have been a customer at WS for decades, have always been satisfied-- until now. Overcharging for parts is neither appropriate or appreciated. I will no longer use Way Scarff Ford for any reason. Appears that customer satisfaction is no longer available at WS. It has been supplanted by greed and profit maximization. My getting ripped off by these people happened once, and that's enough. My business is going elsewhere. More
