I had visited several dealers in the area intending to purchase a new Transit Connect Van. I visited Scarff Ford in Auburn and met salesman Robert Costales. All the dealings were straight forward and pleasant. After the purchase that same day I took a tour of the dealership and met the service staff and parts department. Overall a very good experience. I went to Deihl ford in bellingham due to the fact our family moved up north. Twice we have had a nightmare of a time. The collision department was horrible as well as the experience we had with two different visits, two different mechanics. In the future, we WILL drive the 130 miles it takes to get our cars serviced by Scarff isuzu. As a customer speaking, someone should promote corey and maybe consider extending the service hours.
