We brought our F450 in for an oil change and maintenance, but $5600 later, we had a squeaking drive belt (new problem), which they told us would magically get better with driving. When it did not after two days, and with a cross country trip pulling an RV scheduled, and the squeak not any better, we brought it back. Luckily, we got Service Director Lenny, who apologized repeatedly, had a new drive belt installed in two hours, and was wonderful! We are now in South Carolina, the truck is fine, and we are very grateful to Lenny. He makes us want to purchase our next Ford truck there. Thank you, Lenny!!! You deserve six stars! More

Erik Hoffman did an outstanding job to get the major repair completed all covered under extended warranty. Unfortunately the mechanic should have replaced a belt with a new one, on the drive home it sta repair completed all covered under extended warranty.
