If I could give a negative star rating I would. Don’t lie to your customers. Honesty goes a long way, especially when you make a mistake. 3 hours for an oil change and rotate. I brought my car in for an oil change, breaks, and some Warrenty repairs. I had an 8am appt with an advisor. I was called at 4pm and informed that my car was not ready and needed to be kept over night. I Warrenty repairs. I had an 8am appt with an advisor. I was told if I could get to the dealership by 4:30pm, I would be able to get a rental car, as my repairs were covered under my Warrenty. I was not able to make it by that time, so I didn't get a rental. The next day, after some phone tag, I was told at about 3 pm what needed to be done with my car. I was then told that everything I needed. (Break pads, new rotors, control arms) were back ordered. I asked if I could get a rental, and was told no, because everything is backordered, there is no telling when the parts could come in. I don't understand why it took so long to tell me the job could not be done, there was no reason to keep my car overnight. The whole experience just seemed disorganized. The oil change was 79.99. The invoice mentioned some labor on my breaks, even though i was told they were not serviced. More
