Did not receive call back on my vehicle in a timely manner. Nobody ever wants to answer the phones at the service department. Customer service lady not pleasant or helpful. I had a terrible experience with them 6 months ago, and they gave me a free oil change. I wasn't going to ever use them again but I had a screw in my tire and they're right near my house so I brought my c they gave me a free oil change. I wasn't going to ever use them again but I had a screw in my tire and they're right near my house so I brought my car in for a tire patch and oil change. When I went to pick it up there was a 5 or 6 inch white line on the driver door rocker panel that wasn't there before. I called the agent over and he wiped it off (it appeared to be compound) revealing a large gash in the rocker. The agent (John) refused to give his last name and the manager Lenny was too busy to come over. After I called the sheriff and they arrived, Lenny found time and he denied they had anything to do with it and wouldn't fix it. And get this, THEY TOLD THE DEPUTIES THAT WAYNE AKERS HAS NO SECURITY or VIDEO CAMERAS!!!! The ones that you see they assert are all broken. Obviously a video would have shown no large white line with me driving in, and then a white line magically appearing upon return, possibly a camera in the bay would show how the damage occurred. Does a multimillion dollar car dealer really have no cameras anywhere? Give me a break. They damaged my car and refused to repair it even though they have their own body shop. I wouldn't have noticed the damage if someone hadn't tried to buff it out with compound and forgot to wipe all of it off, or whatever the white line was hadn't been so noticeable. Highly disreputable and incapable shop. More
