I went to Wayne Ford to purchase an F150; the sticker said $43,370. The quote from Wayne Ford added a $5,000 “market adjustment” and the quote for my trade was $2,000 below any other dealer making the ‘d said $43,370. When this was pointed out I was told that’s the way it is. That is basic, unabashed greed. Put one price on the vehicle then add 12% because you think you can. Not my way of doing business. More

Would not recommend. They caused damage to my husbands truck, putting on parts incorrectly. They also ordered the wrong parts for him and don’t respond when my husband calls or goes in to correct the prob truck, putting on parts incorrectly. We reported them for fraudulent billing for billing my husband for things they never did and parts he never received. The service manager is awful and does not return calls, does not respond and offers no assistance at resolving the issue. We are getting a lawyer over this issue. My husband purchased many vehicles there and because of the service department would never give them his business again. Terrible management and even worse customer service. More
