Bryan McNutt - the advisor said he did not realize my car was a diesel when he gave me the price in the morning. BMW had been covering the service and I have been bringing my car here for the last 4 years, there is no way their system did not recognize my diesel car. Don't trust this service department. More
Mismanaged I have spent thousands over the years in the service dept. I will be buying a new BMW X3 next year. Guess where I will not be buying it. More
The service provided by this dealership has deteriorated over the last two years. As of my most recent service experience, not only will I no longer come to Weatherford BMW for service, I will no longer be over the last two years. As of my most recent service experience, not only will I no longer come to Weatherford BMW for service, I will no longer be a BMW customer (which is sad because my BMW is truly an enjoyable driving experience). What used to be a remarkably personal experience has become overly reliant on technologies and applications. They have reduced the human element as much as possible. I needed clarification on one aspect of service, but couldn't get it from the web-app (my only option was to accept the $675 service or decline it; I couldn't even see the second "issue"). I feel the service department is misleading in their communications, taking advantage of the fact that most people don't really understand the issues with their cars. My service appointment prior I had issues with my tires, and they were replaced, rotated, and (I thought) aligned. This time, I was nailed with a nearly $1000 bill to, you guessed it, replace and re-align my tires. I don't know where the breakdown in communication was, but I'm not happy about having paid twice to resolve the same issue in a 12mo period - but I guess it's my word against theirs, and because what they tell you is different than what's written, I don't have a foundation from which I can push back. Bryan (he gets 4 stars, and he's the reason I'm not giving this dealership a 1 star review) did his best to be transparent with me, and I appreciate his support, but he was really just a messenger between the service garage and myself. This dealership has serious issues that needs to be addressed before it can be seen as a trustworthy place to have your BMW serviced. More
