We went to another dealership and the suv we went to see was sold before we could see it. We saw a similar one at Webb and after calling Mike, he helped to secure this suv for us and get the ball rolling be was sold before we could see it. We saw a similar one at Webb and after calling Mike, he helped to secure this suv for us and get the ball rolling before we got there. This made everything go so smooth before we even got there. Mike was great to work with and helped us finish everything up for our purchase when we arrived. Derek did a great job with the financial paper work. He went over all the warranty information with us and was very friendly to work with. I would highly recommend both Derek and Mike to work with on your next vehicle! More

I had a 10am appointment. This is the first time I was disappointed with your service department. I waited 2 1/2 hour just to have my tire approved for free replacement.. I than called my sister to pick me up because they had to go and get the tire and they didn't know how long it would take. I received a call that my car was ready at 6PM. More
