Advisors don’t really listen to customers requests and performs task unnecessarily to issues explained to them and then charges the customer. I went with a trouble code of P0496 and low which caused for a performs task unnecessarily to issues explained to them and then charges the customer. I went with a trouble code of P0496 and low which caused for a purge valve replacement nothing more but the dealer decided to do a smoke test and found it wasn’t a leak, but charged me $89.00 which should have been covered by the warranty under the dealer emissions warranty. Also I told them my oil was low from my last oil change which they did so I asked them to check my oil it was low only a half quart but advisor put down customer said check for oil consumption which I never said. I said check my oil levels because I had done about a month in a half maybe they didn’t put enough oil in the engine . More
