Purchased a 2022 truck for 55k and 8k miles on it. Did not get a full tank of gas because it was considered a used vehicle and had to purchase the second key for 250 with programming was 400. No greeting from any of the employees for extended period of time . Took 2 hours for an oil change . Zero directions where to go for check out and retain car . Dropped my car off for my scheduled early morning appointment to get the sensor fixed that kept going off and 6 days later I got my car back! They blamed it on waiting for a special part that my car appointment to get the sensor fixed that kept going off and 6 days later I got my car back! They blamed it on waiting for a special part that my car needed to fix something that I had nothing to do with, it was a sensor that went cray cray! Chevy disappointed me and so did this dealership with how long it took to get my car back AND the worse part is that I had to pay for it! $179.99 for a diagnostic check along with the part. Luckily I had an extended warranty and had to pay just my $100 deductible but still! 6 days to repair, uncalled for. I was inconvenienced. Now I'm thinking of trading my car in for a Honda Pilot because of this car & dealership. I shouldn't have to pay for a faulty sensor. More
