We live in Indiana and drove to this dealership after researching multiple places. Wagner made the process so easy and enjoyable! Due to the distance, we arrived later in the evening and we never once fe researching multiple places. Wagner made the process so easy and enjoyable! Due to the distance, we arrived later in the evening and we never once felt like we were keeping anyone there too long. Once everything was finalized, Wagner, made sure we got everything we needed and waited outside for us to clear out the car we traded in. The next day, he called to make sure we made the long drive home OK since it was so late. He made us feel welcome and cared about. Johnny Westbrook was also extremely kind and helpful thrpughout the whole process. He made it all so simple and explained things thoroughly. 10/10 would recommend! More
