Steve Rowe is a liar! One star rating for Webb Ford service department is too high. If I could, I would give them a negative rating. Steve Rowe in the service department is a liar and a scam. I dropped off my Focus for a break job. I requested that the drums and rotors be turned and wanted new pads and shoes. There was nothing wrong with the brakes other than I knew it was time for new pads and shoes. Steve called me later to tell me that the rotors were warped which I knew was a lie because if a rotor was warped, I would have felt a pulsating movement in the brake paddle. When I questioned Steve about what he meant the rotors were warp he then told me the rotors were out of round. I knew this was also a lie because this would be nearly impossible for a small car subjected to light daily driving. When I questioned Steve about the rotors being out of round, he then proceeded to tell me they would not be able to put the rotors on the machine. This was lie number three. It took them two days and charged me $600 for a break job. Steve Rowe is nothing but a liar, a scam and a rip off. More

Airbag Recall I took my Ford Fusion in for the replacement of the passenger airbag. Dealer closest to me said it would take all day and maybe overnight.
