Problems with vehicles can be frustrating and emotional experiences. Webb Ford car movers great customers nicely and generate some positive talk while you wait for the service writer to initiate the service process. Everyone is professional and most smile. They have tv's, magazines, and vending machines. Bathroom is always clean. It would be nice if they had a coffee machine in the waiting room. Each experience has been pretty consistent. My vehicle always comes out in good shape and haven't had to return for rework. More

A couple of months ago my parents and I were treated extremely rude by one of the sales consultants at Webb Ford so I wrote a bad review out of frustration. A couple of days later my parents received a call from John, the Finance Manager; apologizing for the lack of professionalism from the sale consultant and assured them that he would help my mother get the car of her choice. ***** A couple of weeks ago she went back and was helped by an awesome Sales Consultant by the name of Leslie Rightmire. She asked my mother what kind of car and features she was interested in which was a Ford Fusion. Leslie helped my mother drive off the lot with a 2016 Ford Fusion Titanium fully loaded. She exceeded my mother's expectation and I must say she is extremely happy. Thanks again John and Leslie for all your help, we greatly appreciate it. More

Tim greated me in the drive with a smile and was very attentive to my needs, you did not have what I needed but he checked and had one coming for the afternoon told me to come back. When I got there the second time he again was very attentive and had the technician get to work right away. He then came looking for me when it was almost finished. I have to say this was one of the best experiences at a dealership I have had. Thank you Tim for the smile when you greeted me and your concerns to my problems.
