First of all, 06 Grand Marquis get airbag light on because passenger seat belt pretensioner fails for low circuit. This issue disables the airbag and Ford or the NHSTA or whatever hasn’t recalled it. because passenger seat belt pretensioner fails for low circuit. Their phone system is from the 90s and barely works doesn’t connect calls or goes completely down. Expecting the bare minimum in customer service. Parts delayed and no communication. False promises of service expectations. When requested to come pick up my vehicle, Service rep Steve told me it wasn’t his responsibility and he had his own tickets to work, so couldn’t check on the status of my vehicle. Dan Schultz was the manager on duty and barely did anything to address concerns. They will never waste my time or money again. More
