I have decided not to bring my car to this dealership for service anymore. Yesterday, I picked up my car after a simple oil change and found muddy footprints on the inside floor panel on the driver's side, service anymore. Yesterday, I picked up my car after a simple oil change and found muddy footprints on the inside floor panel on the driver's side, and this is not the first or second time this has happened. Before I would clean it myself, but this time I went back into the Service Department to let them know and have them clean it. As I was driving away, I noticed dirty fingerprints on the side pane of my driver's door in the inside, and on the outside of my glove box and some of the contents of my glove box on the floor. I keep my car clean inside and out, and have never gotten my cars delivered in this condition from a dealership, except this one. The worst part is when I went in to let them know, the young lady Jori was great; however, the Manager or Assistant Manager had an attitude as if he was being bothered. Instead of apologizing and offering to clean the dirt, he asked if it was salt residue with a nasty attitude. Just ignorant. Even if it was salt residue, which it was not because it was brown and clearly muddy, I didn't bring my car to the dealership that way and it should not have been returned to me that way either. The only ones who are pleasant are the two ladies (Jori and Cindy). The men should learn from them. Overall, terrible customer service in their Service Department, and like all companies, it starts at the top! More

Anthony Rivera has the best customer service . He fixed my time clock that I had a few people ( salesman and a person in service) already set but kept loosing 2 hours . When he set it never did it He fixed my time clock that I had a few people ( salesman and a person in service) already set but kept loosing 2 hours . When he set it never did it again . Something so simple that others had no knowledge how to do it . I’m so happy he helped me with that . I’m 68 and he was so patient with me and didn’t rush away with all my questions I ask .
