A few years ago I started coming to Webb because of their great package deals for routine maintenance. I recently went in for a 75,000 mile maintenance package. I also have been having trouble with my car dying while idle and was wondering if Webb could take a look at the car to see what's going on. My car in fact died while in idle on the way to the dealership. I was immediately met with an offer for the dealership to do a scan for $200. I hesitated but went forward with the scan to see if anything could be found out. Nothing came from the scan and of course my car died again on the way home. I took my car to an advanced auto parts for a free scan and they were able to give me a scan code that I took to a neighborhood mechanic who knew exactly what to fix. I feel like I waisted that $200. I've have really good interactions with this dealership until this point. I really wish the scan would have shown any result. I'm not sure why it costs so much either. More
