It wasnt a bad experience it just took longer than stated for the part to arrive, I’m not sure if that was a shipping issue or just misinformation but it all came down to the fact that It was inconvenient to have to drop my vehicle off 2 times, finding rides to and from the dealership was a pain. Once the part was received, I had zero issues with service. It was quick and the job was done correctly. Everyone I dealt with was nice and professional.
