I made an appointment for an oil change at 12 noon. I watched out the waiting room window and saw my car moving up a huge line of cars. I saw them take my car into to the mechanic’s bay about 1pm. What was the point of making an appointment if it does not give you priority for service? I know you cater to walk-ins but at the expense of those with appointments? I was out around 1:45 pm .
