Waited 3 hours and I had to walk up ask the advisor about the status. Told me around 600.00 to replace a blower resistor. No part available would be available I 4+ days. I went to AutoZone purchased the part the status. Told me around 600.00 to replace a blower resistor. No part available would be available I 4+ days. I went to AutoZone purchased the parts for $127.00. I took me less than 8 minutes to remove and install. Was told the part cost over $300.00 and the remaining cost to do the labor. Like I said 2 screws hold the part. Your labor was a rip off! I was hoping to purchase a new car but maybe looking for another dealership. More
