So I am a Tech. I had a intersting case from Hyundia w/ warranty situation. Where tail light wasR&R complete repair last year. Owners of the car received TXXT TSB I had a intersting case from Hyundia w/ warranty situation. Where tail light wasR&R complete repair last year. Owners of the car received TXXT TSB # Ref letter. Contacted hyundia usa corp, they gave me directions. Part of was going to dealer for request of inspection @ first the apporach to service department was iffy. But their was confusion since they never heard of the case and procedure as same as I. I was skeptical, But w/ communcation we got in. Thu feb 8th we got checked in for inspection form needed for warranty reinbursment and Ben who was our service advisor assisted with ease and was calm and very professional. Thank you to Hyundia usa corp for giving recommendations to this intersting case. Thank you Ben. Dont forget to shout out to the tranied techs who do the work too. More

The dealership was nice. Very clean and comfortable. The only communication was to say why I was there, receive my keys, and pay. She came in the waiting area several times and made sure to only talk with certain people but refused to make eye contact with me. That was a little uncomfortable. More
