I have purchased 4 toyota vehicles from Webb. The vehicles are great. The service is horrible. While utilizing the Free Toyota Care, the shop did not perform all of the required work. This ended up costing me an early tire replacement. Then, my vehicle was involved in an accident. I wanted to get it repaired by a toyota dealer. I called to see about getting it repaired at the Webb body shop. I was told that since I didn't have State Farm insurance, the wait would be three months. Seems they give priority to State Farm vehicles. What a way to treat customers. I will probably still buy toyota vehicles, but Webb will never see another dime of my money. More
