Very unprofessional as we had a deal on a car finished and then I received a call they are "selling it as we speak". I had the financing all done and everything was packed to go pick it up. As I was get and then I received a call they are "selling it as we speak". I had the financing all done and everything was packed to go pick it up. As I was getting ready to make the drive down to pick it up Trey calls me to tell me that the vehicle is sold and there is nothing that he can do to fix it. I try to talk to the manager, Jim McKechan, to see if there was anything to do to fix the situation and Trey wouldn't let me talk to him. I definitely won't be going there again as they can't be trusted to work with. More

Sales department is great. Service department is par. Paid a diagnostic fee for an issue, to be told they couldn’t figure out the issue due to no codes being ran. After googlin Service department is par. Paid a diagnostic fee for an issue, to be told they couldn’t figure out the issue due to no codes being ran. After googling it, I found the issue in under 3 minutes. Which the fix I found on the internet before bringing it back in was correct and fixed the issue. If I could figure that out without a code, why could a technician not be able to. Paid a diagnostic fee for absolutely no reason at all. More
