My survive advisor was great. Explained what my car needed. The car was towed there, I arrived sooner. 1 person told me he couldn’t help me until the car arrived. I explained I’ve been there several times can he start the process as I needed to leave promptly to get my kids. He still said no. I was going to look for a supervisor as I have been at this location for over 10 years. I am a regular customer. My service advisor assisted me and had everything ready.
