I was told I could just walk in and the key would be ready in an hour. At arrival I was told to come back at 1 pm after lunch. Then I was told it would take 2-3 hours. Several wrong messages. The Weir Canyon service center has always addressed recall and repair service needs assuring the customer. My recent service involved the seat garnish. I was told the B167 would take approximately 2 hrs. So 2 days later I had a 10am appt, went back at 11:45 hadn’t started on it. Then showed my brakes was at one. I had not had any indication that my brakes were bad. I go up and down Imperial to Orange all the time and brakes have always been good. So another $500 for that. Yes, I want to have good working car and like your facility. I was there most of the day. Uber was offered to me but time you go home, 20 minutes there and 20 back might as well stay there.
