Received a recall on my 23 Accord. I was able to make the appointment online without going through additional steps for recall service like another nearby Honda Dealership. I arrived and greeted by a very nice and polite younger gentleman wearing a light blue shirt. Larry was at my vehicle a few minutes later to note mileage and VIN and write up service. I elected to wait and received auto "thank you" text on my phone along with the Wi-Fi password "WCHINSPIRE". The password did not work even after re-attempting a few times. I received the same password when I received a reminder text the day prior. My car was ready after approx 90 minutes. I went to sign paperwork but was not told if my Accord did in fact require service based on the recall. I would have liked to know either way. The same young gentleman that greeted me when I arrived, was waiting and walked me to my Accord. More

We test drove the car that we were interested in and the dealership agreed to the online advertised price so we proceeded with the purchase.
