On Jan 15 I had an 11 o'clock appointment for the seatbelt recall work. When I arrived I waited 10 minutes in line before anyone booked me in. After a while a serviceman came and advised it would tak seatbelt recall work. When I arrived I waited 10 minutes in line before anyone booked me in. After a while a serviceman came and advised it would take 3 to 4 hours ! The Honda letter advised up to 30 minutes! There was no loaner so I declined and went back home. A week later I called Mark directly and left a msg. He promptly called back and advised come in any time and it will not take more than 45 minutes. I brought the car in and Mark met me when I arrived. The work was done in 20 minutes and I was on my way. Thank you Mark, so happy you are back at WCH !! Great service! More

Awesome- Jesus Avalos, not to sure on the Technician but my car was fixed right. Poor experience with Big O tire, I hit a carb and blow the tire on the driver side rear and they told it was my front bearing my car was fixed right.
