They lowballed my trade (KBB trade-in $11k, comps listed for $15k). Offered me $5k. Lied and said it needs new tires (garage parked, replaced 9k miles ago, in great condition). Lied and said b/c it's 10 yea for $15k). Offered me $5k. Lied and said it needs new tires (garage parked, replaced 9k miles ago, in great condition). Lied and said b/c it's 10 years old banks won't give loans. Lied and said the turn around was expensive (oil change and transmission fluid). Okay, so that's about $70. Next? Totally full of crap. Brought me in b/c I go them to take of dealer options then tried to remove that and then some from trade-in to make up the difference. If I didn't have two toddlers and no free time and I would have kept my 2014 CRV and done a prive sale easily for $14k. I don't have time for that, so $9,500 was OK. They insulted my intelligence with their nonsense and I had an answer for them every time. Is it because I'm a woman and they think I'm naive or do they do this to everyone? Issa and Eddie are amazing. Loved working with them. They have heart. Genuine people person, each of them. More
