Marc, who helped me was wonderful. The issues I did have were around experience as when I arrived in the lobby I was not greeted or acknowledged for quite some time until Marc arrived. I do work in retail, so I understand they may have been busy, but I didn’t even know if I was in the right place to check in and I asked after a few minutes and the two other desk representatives replied yes without looking up. The second issue I had was that my battery died two days ago and was completely dead. On my itemized receipt from my weir canyon visit, I do not see a battery check printout. On the front page, it states my battery was completely good and green, however there was no detailed follow up verification sheet in the packet given to me after. When my car battery died this week, the battery was so covered in corrosion, it would not read. It has been about 4 years since my last battery, so I am not surprised I needed to replace it. I was however surprised to read it was “green” and “good” on my front page of the paperwork packet given to me from the dealership two weeks ago. I would like to reiterate that Marc gave wonderful customer service and I do not believe he knew that the battery most likely was not checked. I do not blame him, nor am I mad at anyone. I do believe that there are some opportunities for customer service and accurate documentation. Thank you for your time. More
