We sat down and discussed options ,and had the most pleasant conversation between the business portion. This was my first time buying a car and Angel and the rest of the staff truly made everything so easy,while providing the best options for me. Two days no contact from service rep. At end of day 1 I did not know what was going on with my car. Finally told on day 2 it would be ready at 5pm so I came to get it and car was still si At end of day 1 I did not know what was going on with my car. Finally told on day 2 it would be ready at 5pm so I came to get it and car was still sitting in lot and not fixed. This was for a simple transmission service and tailgate recall. Manager did not charge me the $175 bill but I’d rather had paid it and had my car back on time. More
