My only disappointment was that my Rockledge alarm was not activated until February 11th instead of on January 9th when the vehicle was purchased. I was treated great. My car is running so much better after the recall repair. I made the appointment online and it appears that no one looks at these appointments because it was for a recall and no one called me to confirm they have the parts I had to call them. More
