My Odessy was serviced last month and the service person ( Michael) who is fairly new that I hadn’t seen was super. He was patient, smiled, reviewed my service prior and I was very happy with him. In th ( Michael) who is fairly new that I hadn’t seen was super. He was patient, smiled, reviewed my service prior and I was very happy with him. In the prior years we had Brian but then he was moved across the complex so I really missed him and in my opinion he was really good and we always felt good that what he told us he was being truthful if we needed something.
