I was told I could just walk in and the key would be ready in an hour. At arrival I was told to come back at 1 pm after lunch. Then I was told it would take 2-3 hours. Several wrong messages. The Weir Canyon service center has always addressed recall and repair service needs assuring the customer. My recent service involved the seat garnish. The garnish was replaced approximately 3 years recall and repair service needs assuring the customer. My recent service involved the seat garnish. The garnish was replaced approximately 3 years ago. I was told the B167 would take approximately 2 hrs. So 2 days later I had a 10am appt, went back at 11:45 hadn’t started on it. Then showed my brakes was at one. I had not had any indication that my brakes were bad. I go up and down Imperial to Orange all the time and brakes have always been good. So another $500 for that. Yes, I want to have good working car and like your facility. I was there most of the day. Uber was offered to me but time you go home, 20 minutes there and 20 back might as well stay there.
