Easy check-in, they saw me earlier than scheduled (a day earlier!) as I was just dropping it off to avoid having to do it when the kids were home. The staff in the service area are amazing. Maddie Martinez was welcoming and gracious. And at no time did I feel like I wasn't being listened to.
