I was traveling and stopped here for an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked the tech to check/change the valve stems on one of my rear tires. I was told he changed both rear valve stems, but unfort tire rotation. I also asked the tech to check/change the valve stems on one of my rear tires. I was told he changed both rear valve stems, but unfortunately the faulty valve stem is on the front now. I tried called (for a refund for the $26 changed for the valve stem), but I had to leave a message and never received a call back. If this was my local dealership, I'd be able to go see someone, but because I'm traveling, I guess I'm out of luck. More
