Service Department visit I needed an oil change and some recall work...Service Advisor John Savage got me in on a tight schedule, hooked me up with a free rental vehicle, and I needed an oil change and some recall work...Service Advisor John Savage got me in on a tight schedule, hooked me up with a free rental vehicle, and moved up the pick up time when I had something come up at the last minute. The woman running the rental cars was also very friendly and professional. I highly recommend the Weld County Garage Service Team! More

Fast service, great price, perfect repairs. Robert Gabrielson, the service advisor, always shows an outstanding insight into my car's problems and makes the perfect recommendations. Poor service Got an appointment for an oil change. Figured I'd wait because it's just an oil change and I had an appointment. Customer service was very poor when I kindly asked for an estimated time. They avoided any conversation with me and just replied, "We're busy right now sorry". If they are going to accept appointments they need to have the manpower avaible to fulfill the service in a timely manner or reject the appointment. If I had showed up without an appointment it wouldn't be an issue. I purchased my vehicle here and sales staff was great! Can't say the same about the service... More

Phenomenal Business!!! WCG never ceases to amaze me on meeting and/or exceeding my expectations. From the sales staff (Nathan Trowbridge has been my family's go to guy for WCG never ceases to amaze me on meeting and/or exceeding my expectations. From the sales staff (Nathan Trowbridge has been my family's go to guy for 7 years and he ROCKS our socks off!!!), to the service team. All of my family's rigs are serviced here and I won't go anywhere else. They did right by me. I had a problem with my brake lights staying on and researched it to find it was part of a recall. I had bought my car there five months earlier and w I had a problem with my brake lights staying on and researched it to find it was part of a recall. I had bought my car there five months earlier and was pretty surebecause of other things that it had been happening since I bought the car. Took it to the service deptand the bill would have been 500 dollars "which I did not have" so I talked to a manager and he fixed my car for free! Thanks Grant for fixing my car!!!! More

Oil Change and tire rotation I brought our 2016 GMC SIERRA (6149 miles) in for its first oil change and tire rotation. 15 minutes later they said it was completed. Before I drop I brought our 2016 GMC SIERRA (6149 miles) in for its first oil change and tire rotation. 15 minutes later they said it was completed. Before I dropped it off I marked all the tires just to make sure the rotation was done, before I left the lot I inspected the tires and the tires had not been moved. When we purchased this pickup the service and tire rotation was included. We have purchased 3 pickups in the last 4 years from Weld County Garage. If you do not want my business than do not waste my time and I wont waste yours. We expect better service from you. More
