When I arrive for my appointment, they are ready for my vehicle and the service is completed within the time promised. This last time I went in for an oil change, one of the tires was losing pressure, so I asked them to check it out. They quickly discovered a screw had punctured the tread. They fixed the problem while doing the oil change and still had me out in an hour. More

Fastest Recall Work Ever After finding out my personal car (a Mazda) was under a recall, I decided to check the rest of our household's vehicles, and lo and behold our 1999 Fo After finding out my personal car (a Mazda) was under a recall, I decided to check the rest of our household's vehicles, and lo and behold our 1999 Ford Explorer had a recall I didn't know about; one from 2009! It wasn't an airbag recall like my Mazda had, but was something I wanted to get fixed immediately. I contacted Welford Harris about getting it fixed, and set an appointment for Saturday. I live near Siler City and have drove by this dealership hundreds of times, but had never set foot on it. Come Saturday, I pulled up in our old, 240,000+ mile Ford Explorer and went inside to greet the service adviser, Valerie, who was a very nice woman. She put all my information in and told me they'd work on it ASAP. I was worried that due to the age of the recall and our Explorer I would be unable to have any recall work done on it, but that was not the case. I then got the chance to meet David Harris, and as we got to talking I let him know that while I was not on the market just yet, I would be when I had my current car paid off and told him I was interested in the Jeep Renegade. He was more than happy to offer me a test drive on a new 2016 model, an offer I could not refuse. But before we left on this test drive, Valerie came out to tell me my Explorer was ready to go. I'm pretty sure that recall work didn't take three minutes. I was amazed. After taking the Jeep Renegade for a test drive, David gave me a brochure about it and thanked me for coming in. So yes, my entire experience that day was amazing, and I'm glad I let them work on my Explorer. When it comes time for me to purchase a new car, and if I should be looking at a Ford/Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler product, I'll be sure to stop by Welford Harris first. The worst part about my trip? I don't think I'll ever have another repair be done that fast again. More

As stated in my heading, I've ONLY purchased cars from Welford Harris since my first car in 1977. In every instance, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism, even when I was only 18. Not only did I get a good deal, but was given an excellent trade-in for every car thereafter. I went from a Mercury Cougar to a 2nd one, then it was Ford/Mercury station wagon and Chrysler minivan days. Now I'm driving a Ford Expedition and it's nearing time to trade again. With each vehicle any maintenance was always dealt with promptly and with quality workmanship. You won't find a better dealership anywhere. I would absolutely recommend it. In me, they have a customer for life! More
