It feels like they’re putting up obstacles instead of addressing the issue. Here’s the full story: When my father-in-law brought his vehicle in for a check engine light, they told him he had to pay a $210 diagnostic fee — for a repair that was covered under warranty. While they did not charge him for the repair itself, they still took his $210. He and his wife had to pool their cash to pay the fee on the spot, which is clearly shown on the receipt. On my previous review, the dealer responded and asked me to send the information to another email address. I did exactly that two days ago, and I am still waiting for any reply. For failing to respond in a timely manner and for how this situation was handled from the start, I am giving them one star. Wendle Ford Spokane-Very bad dealership — stay away! My father-in-law purchased a new 2024 Ford Maverick from them, the check engine light came on. The exhaust heat exchanger failed, and they charged him $210 just for a diagnostic fee. Then, they left him without transportation for several days. Really? This is how you treat the elderly? Shame on you! It is obvious this dealership is willing to take advantage of our elderly. And a vet as well. I will make sure his official Ford review reflects this very poor service you have provided. Edit: I have a relative who works for another Ford dealership, he is a Ford trained master mechanic and says Ford covers the diagnostic fee. In his words this must be a “xxxxty” dealer! More

The man the myth the legend, Sean Gallagher helped me out again. Sean Gallagher called me a couple weeks back and let me know that I had FordPass dollars that were getting ready to expire. Sean lines me up with the service department and we scheduled a new set of tire. Not only that, I had a couple recalls that Wendle completed at the same time. Some parts needed to be ordered so Wendle Ford gabe me a new Ford Bronco to drive until my truck was finished. As always I could not be happier with Sean Gallaghers customer service. More
