Mostly positive experience, but communication should have been better. Service was delayed because a part had to be ordered. I was told it would be a few days but it turned out to be three weeks. We recently had to replace the under shield on my wife's Genesis. Our service adviser, Nicholas Ocampo, ordered the needed parts and scheduled a time for the new parts to be installed. The worst dealer I dealt with in my life. I rate them less than one star. At the last minute during signing papers to buy a used car, they told me there’s only one key and not two keys for I rate them less than one star.
