Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with one of the salesman, Casey Flowers. I purchased a Honda from Casey last week after being able to take it home for the night. I had told Casey before signing anything that my stereo system in the car did not work. He assured me on the phone, and in the dealership about 4 times in total that they'd be able to repair it after the sale was finished. I did bring in my car and afterwards he told me his maintenance team was unable to fix it and he'd get back to me about being able to credit me for this. I called him twice the next day in which he said "dude I completely forgot, text me on my personal number and I'll let you know." He waited until everything was processed to tell me that they'll be unable to fix it and unable to pay for the stereo system. I brought up the fact that he told me he'd be able to fix it and he left me on read. Had he not reassured me repeatedly that this was an issue they would be able to fulfill, I would've definitely not paid about $20k for a 7 year old car that the sound didn't even work in. Now I am stuck having to go out of pocket to be able to listen to music in my car which costs hundreds of dollars. Not sure if all the staff at this location are dishonest and make promises that they're unable to keep, but this is the experience I had. He also tried to add on about $8k in additional fees on my $14k car before I brought up how absurd it was several times. Everything was handled unprofessionally without apology PS Honda will not fix a car I didn't even buy directly from them for free (he told me to go to Honda to fix it). they were going to charge a $165 diagnostic fee on top of the cost to fix it.. Our Tucson has been there for a month, awaiting warranty repairs. First week waiting on parts. I understand that. Then they say parts in, should be ready tomorrow. So far we’ve had almost three weeks of pro repairs. First week waiting on parts. I understand that. Then they say parts in, should be ready tomorrow. So far we’ve had almost three weeks of promises of tomorrows. And that’s when we can get someone to answer the phone or emails. More than four times I get a voicemail asking me to leave a callback number so someone can call me. That someone has never called me back. i discovered that to get through to service you call sales, someone always answered the phone if they think you might be going to buy something. Then get that person to transfer me to service. Frustration is an understatement. More
