Took my daughter there to buy new car. Salesman, Trey, was great. Finance manager was very shifty and sold my daughter a finance program she did not understand. Excellent service work and service representatives. Horrible communication. I don’t know if it is the labor shortage associated with Covid, but it was nearly impossible to get through to anyone to see Horrible communication. Needed to have my remote recoded but they couldn’t as they no longer have the old laptop which could have done it and don’t anticipate getting another one. I had my 2013 Hyundai Sonata towed in for service on 6-03-2021. Since then, NO communication from this horrible place. I launched a complaint with the BBB so consumers can be aware.
