i would have given them a 5 but their communication system sucks. the actual personal were very friendly and explained you problem very well. the telephone system for service is the worst. you get put system sucks. the actual personal were very friendly and explained you problem very well. the telephone system for service is the worst. you get put on hold and told you are 5th in line and so many min to wait. when it gets down to you, no one is available to take call. when i left many messages no on returned calls. the service rep gave me his personal phone # and that is how we communicated.
