Today was my first service following the purchase of my vehicle in November. It was a prompt reception as I pulled in. Soon after I was greeted by my advisor who took my information and had me settled and vehicle in November. It was a prompt reception as I pulled in. The advisor Kristen was very helpful and didn't forget about you and kept checking on you. The wait time was horrible I waited 5 hours on Thursday March 18,2020 with a 730am appointment. Than notice more about you and kept checking on you. The wait time was horrible I waited 5 hours on Thursday March 18,2020 with a 730am appointment. Than notice more problems and had to bring my Hyundai back the next day Friday March 19, 2020 which is inconvenient when it's about a 35 minute drive. I suggest use the free shuttle service which I didn't use first day but was able to use 2nd day. Why wait at dealership when you can go home and wait and have free shuttle bring you back. More
