I had an appointment at 7:30 am and arrived slightly early. As the time reached closer to 7:30 there were quite a few cars waiting which automatically had me thinking the start up process would take a w early. Gave me the run around for 3+ weeks and finally was told to bring it up one morning and they will fix it. Got there early in the morning and was finally told that I can not get my KIA fixed under the warran to bring it up one morning and they will fix it.
