It always takes 2+ hours AT LEAST when going in for service on my vehicle. The last time I went in for an oil change I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and was told there was a 2 hour wait b service on my vehicle. The last time I went in for an oil change I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and was told there was a 2 hour wait before they could even get to my vehicle because there were cars in Front of me. When I asked about my appointment time I was told appointment times don’t matter it’s first come first serve. So rather than having my oil changed at my scheduled visit I went else where and paid to have it done. Called to speak with someone about the matter and was told I’d receive a call back from a manager which I never got. More

I waited at the dealership so I did not need a ride elsewhere although it was offered and the vehicle was ready when it was originally promised. I was promptly on my way and appreciated the carwash and inside cleaning. The work was completed correctly and within the promised 1 hour time frame. More
