The customer service is beyond exceptional and I love their waiting area for the Service Department. My reason for the meh rating is due to the 3-4 hour wait for any service or repair to be made. If someone is waiting for their repair as opposed to someone who will pick their car up after work, do the work for the people waiting on site!!
